How much can organizations transform society? Organizations have enormous potential to transform the Social fabric and build a better country in alliance with their internal publics. The recognition of this potential is not only possible, but also necessary in a world that needs to be transformed. Through the analysis of Ecopetrol's actions one step from the post-conflict era in Colombia, the thesis perceived qualities and opportunities for improvement at the company and designed an under-construction tool that aims to guide and empower the organizations in social pedagogy for their internal audiences.
