Colombia, has suffered the consequences of the internal armed conflict, over the past six decades having as particularly to the non-combatant civilian population, a population that in each of its regions have been affected its social fabric in a meaningful way. The findings in the stories of the victims, in the specific case and valued of women victims of forced displacement, make evident the manifestation of a particular need and that is that the stories do not belong to the past or to oblivion, despite the pain and the risk that even in the midst of a peace process involves counting them, as a form of resistance to the same war that generated its affection and even against the constraints arising from threats and persecutions. The visibility of the memories of women victims, their social initiatives and its challenges for the future, contribute in the form of resistance from the rural context, whose purpose is to contribute to the right to the truth as part of transitional justice. The public exercise of reconstruction of the collective memory from the gender approach, allows you to create spaces for the recovery of the integrity of the victims as a tool for the construction of peace and a way of democracy.
