The present work of investigation moves in an archaeological methodological route in order to know the teacher images that emerge in the speeches immersed in a corpus of dissertations of the Faculty of Education of the University of Antioquia, related to the language and The literature between the years 2003 and 2015, based on an interpretation of the scriptural exercise of teachers and their reflection on practices in different educational contexts in line with the conditions of possibility in which they were produced. For the development of the work in question, several authors contributed to the deep understanding of the central concepts such as narration, discourse, conditions of possibility, device and experience, namely Michel Foucault, Paul Ricoeur, Walter Benjamin, Jerome Bruner and Connelly & Clandinin, among others. With regard to the techniques and instruments used, we found the documentary review and the elaboration of bibliographic records that favor the collection of the information, the analysis and the purification of it, in order to trace what we are interested in as far as the dimensions we already mentioned.
