Through an reflection analysis its studied in virtual discussion forums the pedagogical perspectives and his benefits with the present limitations in the learning process. Based on theorical support its done a conceptual analysis to allow justify the process of reflective learning in order to relate it with the activities of discursive dialogue that it is constructed, from which provide the explanation in the training pedagogical process professional. Finally, it is done an understanding of the conceptual analysis result, in order to make special emphasis on the learning process characteristics through this virtual resource.
