The present study determines the Occupational Health and Safety conditions of workers in a company producing eggs, poultry concentrate and wheat milling, in Cachipay, Mosquera and Bogota, a quantitative design was used with a descriptive and cross-section. A non-probabilistic sampling of the intentional type was performed. The population consisted of 85 participants, of whom 55 belonged to the egg production sector, 6 to the production of concentrates and 24 to the milling of wheat. Among the results, in the sociodemographic profile, the majority of the population is male, between 26 and 45 years of age, there is evidence of a job stability on the part of the workers' perception, working conditions such as noise, dust, Smoke, gases, high and low temperatures, work with repetitive movements, outside of comfort angles, in terms of health conditions, there is symptomatology of musculoskeletal pain, headache, vision problems. It concludes the importance of the results for strategic decision making in improving Health and Safety conditions at work to control the results in Musculoskeletal disorders, chemical hazards by inhalation or contact by the personnel and avoid possible occupational diseases.
