Papel de la regulación metacognitiva en la toma de decisiones individuales para el cuidado de la salud, durante la implementación de un programa de promoción de la actividad física
The present work contains the results of a qualitative-descriptive study under the case study methodology developed with students of the technological and professional level programs of the Distance Studies System of the Autonomous University of Manizales (SEAD-UAM), which Its main purpose was to recognize the role of metacognitive regulation in individual decision-making for health care during the implementation of a program to promote physical activity. To fulfill this purpose, a Didactic Unit (UD) in physical activity was designed and implemented. The design was based on the students' previous ideas regarding the concept. The implementation was carried out through the television and virtual environments of the Remote Study System (SEAD-UAM).
