The purpose of this article is to show the impacts that may take shape in families, educational practices implemented in the schools. During fashion shows as such practices have contributed to family development, since aspects: improvement of family relations and gender equality, the promotion of the project of family life and growth in the conditions and quality of life. Research is carried out from the line of investigation: family development and community, led by the Center’s family of the Catholic University of Pereira.
