In this investigation we wanted to analyze if the Colombian legislation had a gender approach to it directed towards the creation of enterprises, as the advances in a legal, technical and commercial matter with the purpose of studying which are the main obstacles that the small and medium size enterprises lead by women in Valle del Cauca. It was determined if there are in Colombia any regulations with a gender approach that allows women to regain a bit of leadership in society. To accomplish this goal a legal trace was made and the request of information to different state units, all of the information gather was analyzed through two very important representatives of the feminist theory, Iris M. Young (2000) and Rosa Cobo (2005).
