Associativity in micro is aimed at achieving the integration of them to focus on compliance with one or more goals in common (Narvaez, Fernandez, & Senior, 2008) that can be improved processes, access to new markets and development of new learning that lead to the development of new products. In the municipality of Neira Caldas a typical base brown sugar and gelatin hand beef sweet well known in the coffee called corcho for its similar to a cork or bottle stopper appearance which is made of a form occurs very handmade by microentrepreneurs engaged in this activity. The Neirano corcho is produced and marketed for 70 years and used to be eaten as a dessert or treat, although it is a product that takes so long on the market most of the entrepreneurs who are engaged in this industry have failed obtain market expansion or improvement technologies to expand their productivity. This work is aimed at managing a partnership model as a strategic proposal that allows the integration of corcho producers Neira Caldas to strengthen this industry, improvements in manufacturing practices this product and conquer new markets.
