In the health sector, day by day, large amounts of data are recorded in relation to multiple factors, whether of the patient or the management of the Service. This is why applying the tool in the emergency Service, allowed in this work, to know the precise execution of the processes of the Service, as well as the resources that intervened in the same, in order to identify the difficulties that were presented and To be able to propose a series of improvement alternatives that aim to increase user satisfaction and standardize the Service in each of the emergency centers analyzed. This is not an easy task given that in the care Services, patients can take many ways given their diagnosis and treatment, However. every way is not exempt from standardization and be excellent in Service and efficiency regardless of the variants that the process may take.
