This research bases in the formulation of a flexible organizational proposal for the administrative and accounting Central (CENAC) of the National Army of Colombia in the city of Bogota, an organization dedicated to the defense and security of the Colombian national territory. Through the identification of the current status of the administrative and financial center of the national army, the presentation of an organizational structure that allows generating administrative mitigate imbalances that have been occurring since the formation of these new plants became necessary. Through an analysis of the current structure used and an identification of the strengths and weaknesses of staff profiles regarding positions and functions, it was possible to present a proposal for a suitable flexible organizational structure for CENAC of the city of Bogota, covering not only the proper organization, but the staff with their respective profiles, duties and functions necessary for the proper functioning of this structure. It is hoped that through this proposed accounting and administrative central implement this structure as continuous organizational strategy, in order to meet its objective of strengthening the administrative tasks of the National Army of Colombia.
