The present State of Art dealt with questioning the forms to produce scientific knowledge around the suffering of chronic pain in women, particularly in the workplace, based on relations of gender and feminist studies, in order to give place to the understanding of the different subjectivities. Feminism was addressed as a methodological approach cause it allows to give a new meaning to the constructions and social imaginaries that have been established around how conceive cultural representations of the feminine, in order to break with hegemonic scientific truths. Likewise, through the situated knowledge, narrative and reflexivity, it was able to realize of the ways in which social and historical processes have an impact on the formation of chronic pain and are permeated by relations of power-knowledge in order to question them and transform them. In this sense, was managed to rescue the interdisciplinary nature of research and propose some thoughts around the perspectives considering women, chronic pain and work. The possibility on how the pain builds subjectivity and can generate transformations of consciousness from a gender perspective that questions androcentric positions and patriarchal, where the female has gone through and situates her in contexts of vulnerability and not legitimacy is considered.
