In Colombia, the Banking Institutions is constantly growing; They are essential for a developing country, playing an important role in society, and that through the banking of the same, can reduce poverty and boost economic growth in the regions. It has deepened in the analysis of organizational climate within the Banking Institutions and variables. The development of this monograph is part of the periods 2010 to 2014. The man is substantially a social being and a being focused on control and maintain situations naturally tends to establish cooperation on a permanent basis to achieve their goals meet with other beings. Within the Colombian Financial System (CFS), more precisely in the banking establishments (EB) as organizations, they are purely social units, with an objective to provide specific services in fundraising bank account where in Colombia. The study of organizational climate allows successful interventions with regard to the design and development of organizational structures, just as it is essential for strategic planning, change within organizations, managing motivation programs, management performance, improved communication system external and internal, thus improving production processes. Within the Colombian financial system, more precisely in the establishments, there may be issues that affect the organizational climate and job satisfaction of employees, harming responsiveness and production within these organizations; generating situations or conflicts that are far from the main objectives. Thus deteriorating the integration between the component members of different departments and work teams, leaving aside the relevant development aspects of banking organizations.
