The interest in to inquiry into the issue arises from the desire to deepen the results of research conducted previously on the subject, by the need to recognize the importance of leadership style in management positions. Likewise, it is motivated by the need to study thoroughly the labor evolution that has taken society and the intervention of social and demographic access to positions of power and leadership in higher education institutions variables. To that end, a survey instrument, allowed us to obtain the necessary information from the study population and generate conclusions on the issue investigated was designed.
