Los semilleros de Investigacion son comunidades de aprendizaje orientados a la sesibilizacion y reflexion en torno al quehacer investigativo. SIMA, es el Semillero d Investigacion del Programa de eNFERMERIA DE L Universidad Francisco de Puala Santamder, Planteado en el Plan de Accion de investigacion, creado con el fin de desarrollar habilidades afectivas y cognitivas en pro de la formacion integral de los estudiantes y profesores interesados en hacer de la investigacion una herramienta para el desarrollo personal y profesional, asi como del fortalecimiento de la cultura investigativa del programa. Palabras Clave: Semillero de Investigacio, Enfermeria, Cultura invetsigativa ABSTRACT The investigation seedbeds are communities of learning, orientated to internalise and reflect about investigation process. SIMA is the seedbed of investigation of the nursing program at Francisco de Paula Santander University. It was raised in the investigation's plan of action, in order to develop affective and coQnitive skills in favour to the integral training of students and teachers, interested on such field. This will be a tool for their personal and professional development as well as the strengthening of the investigating culture in the program. This paper contains the introduction of the seedbed and describes the plan of action to develop in the present year.
