The performance evaluation on human resource is a tool to measure efficiency in election processes and business strategies; It is essential within companies, allowing processes of continuous quality improvement and provide optimal services. So, the present study sought to determine what the important factors are to evaluate the performance of officials in the Council of Bogota, conducting an analysis that identified strengths and weaknesses in the evaluation system, serving as a strategic guide to the institution. The research was conducted on the Bogota Council, he left a theoretical context and framework of current regulations, and then study the performance evaluation system currently used in the corporation. Subsequently, interviews were conducted with different workers Bogota Council, in order to know what the actual operation of the performance evaluation is carried out. This allowed an analysis of the factors influencing the evaluation system of the Corporation, later to compare this system with the theoretical model and the current regulations, establishing the advantages and disadvantages of applied to officials of the entity system.
