This article is an advance of the so called research project “Characterization of the Dynamic Capacities of Learning that take control in the context of one of SME of the sector of manufacture of the city of Medellin: Case study“. It tries to relate the elements of the dynamic capacities of learning applicable to the context of the case study, its functions, peculiarities and interactions; the same way there is proposed a model of dynamic capacities of learning organizational like way to obtain this target. there has been checked the literature relative to investigations realized previously on the approach based on the processes that, the investigation endorses, in addition to the growth that it has had in the recent decade of the XXIst century, in the academic ambience referred to the direction of company, like a potential of the productivity, bearing in mind that the organizations are immersed in change able environments, where the renewal of its capacities; theyare those who determine the competitive advantages and diverse, they are variable determine the proposed model: levels of the resource, ways of learning, types of learning and the identification of the learning processes, also a hypothesis is proposed and finally a few conclusions and a few future lines of investigation .
