The purpose in this study is to reconstruct the political career and leadership of women presidents in Latin America in the period 1995 to 2015. At first, the concept of leadership is approached from its definition and its different classes, how the concept is taken according to the referenced area. How in the political context defined by certain characteristics that demarcate an exclusive charisma to lead projects and persuade other members of a group to a particular purpose.
