It is a research that aims to understand the body experiences of four young college heterosexuals from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in order to analyze the processes of identity construction of these subjects . In this sense postulates of narrative theories of identity, then establishing relationships with the male gender identity to address traditional or hegemonic masculinity and new masculinities , demonstrating the various aches and paradoxes related to the exercise of power are taken up . The research was conducted by developing biograms with participants and interviews to understand the relationship they have had throughout your life with your body , practices and significant elements in their gender socialization processes to understand the identity searches.
