Factores a favor y en contra de la continuidad en los procesos de innovación en las empresas adscritas a la primera etapa del programa alianzas por la innovación-alianza Tolima-Huila y Cundinamarca de la cámara de comercio de Facatativá
The main objective of this investigation is determine the factors in favor and against the continuity of the innovation management processes in the companies that participate in the first stage of the program “Alianzas para la Innovacion - Alianza Tolima, Huila y Cundinamarca” of the Camara de Comercio Facatativa. The methodology is descriptive and its sample corresponds to the initial participants that entered in the Phase I Mentality and Culture, compared with those that culminated the Phases II Formation” and Phase III “Implementation , respectively. The aim of this investigative exercise is to ask the entrepreneurs about the factors that influenced them to finish the implementation stage and others to deviate from the program, in order to define a strategy to guarantee continuity to the entrepreneurs in the “Alianzas para la innovacion”. The result of the research allowed us to analyze the factors in favor and against the program for the continuity of innovation management processes, which showed us that factors that played an important role in Phase I and Phase II succeeded in consolidating the program. While, on the other hand, factors within all the phases burst the process. Therefore, the Camara de Comercio de Facatativa must go further in the expansion of the innovation’s culture. In conclusion, innovation is important because of the results it generates for organizations, but at the same time, it is necessary to develop innovative capacities and projects thatimplies making investments and demands time and permanent support from the leaders of the organization and the Camara de Comercio de Facatativa to venture the entrepreneurs into a culture of innovation.
