In paper a Cleaner Production Assessment is carry out in Cienfuegos Animal Feed Manufacturing Company. A detailed study of the inputs and outputs of the process was performed in order to identify improvement options and implement Cleaner Production Plan. As a result it is proposed an action plan, which has been previously based its technical and economic feasibility, which includes immediate enforcement actions that intend to implement good operating practices for the efficient use of water, energy and raw materials, others that require technological changes in the change process and raw materials, which can improve the performance of the company to obtain an economic benefit to while decreasing negative environmental impacts to: First, reducing consumption of raw materials in $ 1 2778.53 and 146653.71 T.
