Technological advances offer several benefits within the educational and cultural field; taking advantage of this, a project is developed that uses Colombian literature and one of its bests exponents as a resource to encourage the recovery of reading habits. The excessive use of digital tools can create negative effects on reading, being the child population the most vulnerable. This disinterest for reading has caused a loss in the Colombian cultural tradition and it is considered necessary to submerge again the public, in this case the children, with new alternatives that revive their interest in reading. “El pais mas hermoso del mundo” by David Sanchez Juliao, is the work that is being recreated through an interactive app, motivating the target audience to learn in a playful way the magic of reading and get an immersion in literature thanks to its high graphic content.
