In this work is analyzed the evolution of the real estate crowdfunding, based on the macroeconomic framework of three sub-sectors of the Colombian economy: builder, real estate and financial; this, without losing sight of that collective financing -how crowdfunding, is a model of investment and financing immersed in all sectors of the economy. The growth of the Colombian builder and real estate sector, are proof of the growth of the economy, thanks to the contribution potential of gross domestic product, chain mark off construction output and employment; however, to achieve the sustained growth of established mechanisms and financial tools have not been enough and small and medium enterprises sector and entrepreneurs have found barriers to access to credit to develop their projects or capital to start. Against this, it is necessary to propose new approaches to funding models, which conform to the current economic situation, the competitive environment of the construction companies and the use of information technologies, to make viable the deepening of real Colombian roots and I projected to the world.
