It is a need for university students to understand the characteristics of the globalized environment to project themselves professionally and respond to social and market demands successfully. This Virtual Learning Object (OVA) provides elements for reflection on three questions: what are the challenges for professionals in a globalized market? How is the contribution to the development of the commitments of the 2030 agenda and the objectives of sustainable development since the professional year? What are the skills and abilities required for new professionals in the globalized labor market, especially for social communicators?
