This paper presents some analysis on the management of rules of behavior in class and the students’ perception on how they in$uence climate in the classroom. data derived from surveys of students of the Industrial Technical School “Pedro Castro Monsalvo” INSTPECAM, located in the Barrio Alfonso Lopez Valledupar (Cesar) are analyzed. The research was conducted under the methodology of non-experimental, descriptive, because it was done without deliberately manipulate variables. The results were grouped in the following dimensions and category: Dimension Management class standards: Clarity of Standards and participation in the development of standards Classroom Climate Dimension: Development of classes and activities. In the main /ndings it was evident that there is a direct relationship management rules and classroom climate. *e process reveals that the clarity and socialization of standards is necessary to avoid ambiguity in the areas of strengthening of citizenship skills and the dynamics of teaching - learning. Accordingly, management standards in the classroom context is intrinsically related to the degree of implication of teachers with students and the group in general.
