A Rapid RIA for Digoxin with convenient chromatographic separation of bound and free ligand has been evaluated. Nevertheless, clinical results have been planned for another publication. The convenience of stat results obtained with this method, with some minor modifications of the Ames procedure, appears evident in the discussion.
