Resumo : A pratica de violencia sexual contra criancas e adolescentes e considerada atualmente um problema de carater mundial na saude publica, atingindo todas as idades, classes sociais, etnias, religioes e culturas de criancas que sofrem diferentes formas de agressoes sexuais em todas as partes do mundo. O objetivo deste estudo e caracterizar as vitimas de abuso sexual contra criancas e adolescentes, atendidas no Centro de Referencia Especializadas de Assistencia Social (CREAS) do Municipio de Rolim de Moura/RO. A pesquisa possui carater descritivo exploratorio e os dados para analise foram coletados em 37 prontuarios da unidade atraves de ficha padronizada, registrados no periodo de 2011 a 2014. Verificou-se no perfil das vitimas uma predominância do genero feminino, envolvendo criancas e adolescentes de 3 a 18 anos de idade. Os achados mostram que esse tipo de violencia e mais frequente no âmbito intrafamiliar, sendo a maior parte dos abusadores padrastos e pais. O estudo tambem comprova que os fatores de riscos ja informados nas literaturas realmente influenciam nos casos de abuso sexual, os quais sao familias de baixa renda, desestruturadas, com baixo nivel de escolaridade, inclusive por parte das proprias vitimas. A caracterizacao dessa populacao pode auxiliar profissionais da area, alem de funcionar como alerta preventivo. Palavras-Chave: Abuso sexual. Infância. CREAS. Victims of sexual abuse: characterization of people attended in a specialized center of reference of social assistance (CREAS)* Abstract: The practice of sexual violence against children and adolescents is considered a problem of global nature in public health, affecting all ages, social classes, ethnicities, religions and cultures of children suffering from various forms of sexual assaults in all parts of the world. The purpose of this study is to characterize the victims of child sexual abuse, attended at the Centro de Referencia Especializado de Assistencia Social (CREAS) of the city of Rolim de Moura / RO. The research has an exploratory and descriptive character and the data for analysis were collected in 37 medical records of the unit through a standardized form, registered in the period from 2011 to 2014. It has been found in the victims’ profile a female predominance, involving children and adolescents from 3 to 18 years old. Records found show that this type of violence is more frequent within the family context, with most parents and stepparents abusers. The study also shows that the risk factors already reported in the literature really influence sexual abuse cases, which were low-income families, unstructured, low education level, even by the victims themselves the more destined to the occurrence of sexual violence against minors.
