The power of the state is , for excellence, who regulates social life and even the activity of the other powers that may exist within it ( Rodriguez , 2015). In the organization of the Colombian state , in theory, it develops in the framework of a presidential system characterized by having a division into three branches ; legislative , ejecutive and judicial , part of a balance of power, which already established functions are autonomous for each branch , and powers of political, legal , social and economic control. However , difficulties arise due to the existence of an imbalance in the political system that may end up concentrating on one person , elite, or public body.
