research project The relationship of the Cyberwar with Interstate War Classic: case study Estonia, Georgia and plans to build a perspective from which to analyze the cyberwar as new capacity of States to achieve national interests through use of force (cybernetics and computer science), and in turn, how this phenomenon of cyberspace itself is aligned to the classical premises of interstate war. Case studies on Estonia, Georgia and Iran closer theory and practice, allowing to study the concepts of cyberwar and interstate war to constitute, in nature, as human practice.
