The purpose of this research is to analyze the formulation and implementation of statutory law 1618 of February 27, 2013 which seeks to ensure full realization of all human rights of persons with disabilities. Will also be analyzed in this research, the relationship between state institutions involved in the implementation according to the guidelines, strategies and recommendations of the Law 1618 of 2013. As well as, the power relationships that people have to influence disability related public policy in Colombia. Finally, it will determine whether the conceptual and theoretical framework adopted for this research have been effective in the analysis of the implementation of Law 1618 of 2013.
