espanolEl presente estudio pretende explorar la vivencia subjetiva sobre la comprension de Si mismos respecto la violencia de genero en sujetos con Esquizofrenia Paranoide institucionalizados en centros de Salud Mental de la ciudad de Popayan, departamento del Cauca Colombia, por medio de la identificacion e interpretacion de elementos subjetivos que el sujeto refiere en su discurso sobre las significaciones del como vive el maltrato. Gracias a la investigacion Cualitativa Exploratoria-Descriptiva, el Estudio de Caso-Interpretativo como metodo de investigacion y la Entrevista Clinica desde un Modelo Cinico-Psicologico, se realizara un analisis clinico a partir de las narraciones que los sujetos refieren frente a su condicion de victimas de violencia de genero con un diagnostico de Esquizofrenia Paranoide sobre la vivencia y reflexion de su posicion subjetiva como ser psicologico, permitiendoles constituirse como sujetos que pueden reconocer en si mismos sus propios estados psicologicos a partir, de la relaciones parento-filiales, institucionales, personales, sociales, educativas, laborales, y culturales que ha significado y como actua en funcion de ellas. EnglishThis research aims to explore the subjective experience about self-Understanding of gender violence in subjects with Paranoid Schizophrenia, who were institutionalized in Mental Health centers in the city of Popayan, department of Cauca - Colombia, through the identification and interpretation of subjective elements that the subject mentions in his speech about the significances of how he lives the abuse. Through the Qualitative Exploratory – Descriptive research, the interpretative Case Study as research method and the Clinical Interview from a Clinical-Psychological Model point of view, a clinical analysis will be performed, taking into account the stories that subjects mention in their status as victims of gender violence with a diagnosis of Paranoid Schizophrenia about the experience and reflection of their subjective position as a psychological beings, allowing them to become themselves in subjects that can recognize in themselves their own psychological states, through them parent-child, institutional, personal, social, education, labor and cultural relations and how they act according to them.
