The present work of degree of the Masters in Business Administration - MBA, addresses the pertinence of the diagnosis and proposal for the strengthening of the model of teleworking oriented to the continuous improvement in the EAN University. The situation of the implementation of teleworking at EAN University is diagnosed to evaluate how the institution is in relation to the fundamental concepts, from its actors and through its components, analyzed in ten methodological variables that allow to obtain feedback from the same actors. Based on descriptive research, the teleworking model is projected, allowing the elaboration of the conclusions as a proposal for the strengthening of the teleworking model aimed at continuous improvement at EAN University. With the results of the variables that integrate the components, actors and the consequent projection of the model, in addition it contributes elements of judgment for other investigations, as for other Colombian university entities, or for the method of data collection, perceptions and opinions Which is validated in the survey carried out is used as an instrument or format for periodic internal evaluation of the institutional teleworking model; Three possibilities that make the present work even more pertinent.
