Management systems born in order to cope the changing market and its requirements, searching for better developing of standards, continuous improvement of business, profitability and sustainability, leading them to do things better, efficiently and sustainable both for it self and for the environment. According to ISO (International Standardization Organization) standards, management systems are intended to contribute to the management of general or specific processes of an organization and aim to set and achieve defined objectives. Organizations that put up get numerous advantages of its application (ISO Standards, S. F.). The quality management system one of the most known and applied, as it seeks to meet sufficiently and effectively with customer requirements; however, for this it requires companies to establish controls, techniques and activities that meet the needs and expectations of customers, and obtain excellent economic results. However, there an opportunity to articulate it with others, this called Integrated Management System, also known as GIS for its acronym in Spanish, and is defined as a platform to unify management systems of a company that previously they worked independently in order to reduce costs and maximize results. GIS generally contain the Quality Management System, Environmental and Occupational Health and in some cases also the management of Information Technology and Research and Development.
