For this purpose, an analysis of the strategic management referents at EAN University, an institution of higher education that is the subject of this degree paper, is proposed as the central axis for the definition of a sustainable performance evaluation model that contributes to growth and development Its members, and the organization. Subsequently, the justification of the model, the methodological framework for its development, the objectives are defined and a theoretical framework is developed, which conceptually supports the proposed model, based on the postulates of the authors (Hetcher, 1992), (Kaplan and Norton, 1996), (Luthans, 2008), (Alles, 2008), (Werther, 2014) and (Gutierrez, 2016) mainly. Once the sustainable institutional performance evaluation model for the EAN University has been developed, the application of a validation tool is proposed, on a sample of plant collaborators, which will allow to establish if the proposed model is clearly fit with the guidelines Of strategic institutional management.
