This proposal presents, in the first place, relevant conceptual aspects for a general understanding of this approach; they aim to the formulation of an implementation proposal of the approach to the field of education and training of psychologists in professional orientation; finally, a systematic reflection is presented, associated to its applicability in the training of psychologists who teach professional orientation in Liberal Courses at the Pontificia University Javeriana.
