O objetivo principal deste estudo foi analisar os determinantes da rotatividade dos ex-colaboradores de uma empresa de motocicletas no setor comercial de vendedores externo na cidade de Rolim de Moura no interior de Rondonia. A intencao da pesquisa e apresentar as possiveis causas que levariam a rotacao dos funcionarios na percepcao dos mesmos, com base nos estudos levantados com os individuos que ja nao estao mais presente na instituicao. seguindo nesse pressuposto, a pesquisa bibliografica e a pesquisa de campo tornam-se essenciais para o desenvolvimento deste trabalho. Contudo, os dados coletados por intermedio de entrevistas e questionarios revelaram resultados que poderao servir de base de estudo para o setor de recursos humanos da empresa e implementacao de sistemas de estrategias e planejamento, como tambem podera proporcionar base teorica a futuros pesquisadores que se identificarem com o tema. Case study about the sellers external turnover in a company sale of commercial sector Abstract: The aim of this study was to analyze the determinants of turnover of former employees of a motorcycle company in the commercial sector external vendors in the city of Rolim de Moura inside of Rondonia. The intention of the survey is to present the possible causes that would lead to the rotation of officials in the perception thereof, based on studies raised with individuals who are no longer present in the institution. Thus, the literature and field research become essential for the development of this work. However, data collected through interviews and questionnaires revealed results that will serve as a baseline study for the human resources department of the company and implementation of strategies and planning systems, but may also provide theoretical basis for future researchers who identify with the theme.
