Este estudio evalua la relacion entre Resiliencia y las dimensiones de Bienestar Psicologico en 246 profesionales universitarios desempleados, segun la duracion del desempleo. Se definieron los rangos de tiempo y se compararon las correlaciones identificadas a traves de coeficiente de Spearman en cada uno de ellos. Los hallazgos mostraron relaciones moderadas y altas entre Resiliencia y las dimensiones de Bienestar en la mayoria de los periodos, y la tendencia a fortalecerse tales relaciones en la medida en que aumentaba el tiempo de desempleo. Resilience and Psychological Well-Being According Unemployment Length of a Colombian Sample of College Graduates Abstract This study assessed the relationship between resilience and psychological well-being dimensions in 246 unemployed college graduates, in different periods of unemployment length. The sample was categorized into time ranges, and correlations identified through Spearman coefficient in each one of them were compared. The findings showed moderate to high correlations between resilience and the well-being dimensions on most periods, and the tendency to strengthen such relationships to the extent that unemployment length increased.
