This research consists in the production of a discrete simulation model for the productive process of prefabricated washers of Cimbrados S.A Company, which, through the use of the tool Promodel, seeks to enhance and optimized resources and time for the company. Initially, the literature review was performed including all those important concepts and research, relevant to the development of the model, followed by the full identification of the production process as a basic requirement of the entire simulation. After this, a statistical analysis is performed at each stage of the model to start the assembly and development of it. Finally, the results obtained are shown, through the Promodel software, a detailed analysis of possible scenarios in the production process is performed, and improvement alternatives are presented in terms of resources and time that could contribute to increase in productivity and efficiency rates.
