Se consideraran distintos aportes del filosofo Jacques Derrida en torno a la hospitalidad, la justicia y la etica, los cuales encuentran cierta convergencia con el concepto hegeliano de sociedad civil, permitiendo establecer un dialogo entre ambos autores. El Idealismo aleman retorna para enriquecer el debate contemporaneo, develando nuevas formas de aproximacion a la politica, el derecho y la etica. En este caso, la etica se muestra como la encargada de encauzar la politica y la filosofia, haciendo posible a ambas. EnglishThis communication aims to clarify the problematic relationship between individual and society. We are going to fulfill their missions they will be considered different contributions of the philosopher Jacques Derrida around hospitality, justice and ethics, which are some convergence with the Hegelian concept of civil society, allowing a dialogue between the two authors. The German Idealism returns to enrich the contemporary debate, revealing new ways of approach to politics, law and ethics. In this case, ethics is shown as responsible for directing policy and philosophy, making both possible.
