The master in management of the talent human of the University of Manizales, with the University of Barcelona, made the macro project WONPUM, “working in human services under the new public management: meanings, risks and results in the teaching profession and the health of some public institutions in Colombia”, deriving the following proposal for the pursuit of strategies of coping with avoidance behavior and results. Using a combined approach of quantitative and qualitative research explores new ways of coping to the stress of the public institutions of education and health conditions at present. One gets to demonstrate results and coping strategies under the mode of escape avoidance behavior and finally find their relationship with the perception of human services seen as similar to a private business model.
