A review was done about the most advanced techniques of Neuromonitor right now,which have presented a huge development in recent years.This has carried out a better knowledged physipathology in the brain,and at the same time it allows us a diagnosis and a treatments according to the cases .It is shown the different methods of brain monitorization used at this moment with its main advantages and disadvantages.
