El articulo presenta una reflexion e investigacion teorica en torno a la creatividad, el objetivo es identificarla como el pilar en el cual se deben apoyar todos los ambitos del saber de los profesionales del siglo XXI. Igualmente asume la importancia que tiene la creatividad para proponer innovaciones desde diversas perspectivas, ofrece pautas y orienta a docentes, investigadores y padres de familia para fortalecerla, desarrollarla dejarla fluir tanto para con los hijos, y estudiantes. Igualmente en el se insta a las instituciones educativas a posicionarla como el eje transversal del proceso educativo y formativo. En el articulo se concluye que incentivar la creatividad, en una tarea que requiere del fortalecimiento de valores tales como la autoconfianza, el pensamiento divergente, la sensibilidad y la autonomia, entre otros. Igualmente insta a generar espacios para re crear, reinterpretar, y proponer nuevas perspectivas y soluciones a los problemas cotidianos, y estructurales del saber y de la investigacion, haciendo uso del ingenio y la originalidad. El articulo concluye que la creatividad posibilita y conlleva a la innovacion, a partir de crear nuevas formas de asumir la pedagogia, la investigacion y la interpretacion del entorno. Abstract The paper presents a theoretical reflection and research around creativity, the goal is to identify it as the pillar which should support all areas of knowledge of professionals in the XXI century. Also assumes the importance of creativity to propose innovations from various perspectives, offers guidelines and guidance to teachers, researchers and parents to strengthen it, to let it flow develop both their children and students. Also in the educational institutions it is encouraged to position it as the transverse axis of the educational and training process. The article concludes that encourage creativity, in a task that requires strengthening values such as self-confidence, divergent thinking, sensitivity and autonomy, among others. Urges also create opportunities to re create, reinterpret, and propose new perspectives and solutions to everyday problems, and structural knowledge and research, using wit and originality. The article concludes that enables creativity and leads to innovation, from creating new ways to take pedagogy, research and interpretation of the environment.
