This article presents the development of a model of ABC classification multi-criteria inventory allowing to improve the use of the volumetric space destined for storage in the process of Picking a company in the auto parts sector, where the main criteria and established inventory policies were taken into account and managed to increase the level of effective delivery service to customers without increasing the costs of inventory; the design and implementation of the model presented as innovation integration of traditional classification ABC with some techniques of Multicriteria analysis that allow greater opportunity in the complex decision-making, as the Picking of a distribution of a medium-sized enterprise Center area is where it is necessary to analyze in detail each component of the process and its potential opportunities for improvement.
