In the larger cities in Latin America there are lots of popular markets for people with low income and middle class as well; these are big markets where we can buy top-quality farm-fresh products, clothing, home sense products, electronics and appliances. In general formal marketing plan competes strongly with informal sales, this helping to show the urban scene overloaded with products and information giving a dark scenery. Shop signs and promotional signs create an amalgam of visual entropy in these places giving as a result a picturesque atmosphere. The perception and it's impact in these shop signs created by the popular market in some of these neighborhoods in Bogota, this problem concerns graphic designers and publicists.
