PEDAGOGICA DE COLOMBIA UNIVERSITY IN TUNJA CITY, EDUCATIONAL MODEL TO THE COUNTRY: REQUIREMENTS OF ADMISSION AND ENTRANCE CONDITIONS2 The article presents some of the characteristics of the government official policies of General Lieutenant Rojas Pinilla, to the Pedagogica y Tecnologica de Colombia University in Tunja city (from now: U. P. C. T.) considered from the University Normal School in Tunja (from now: E.N.U.T.), as an educational model for Colombia. On the other hand, the systems of entrance and the permanence of these future educational students for the Normal Schools and secondary education in Colombia will be analyzed. The requirements of admission and entrance conditions are carried out through a comparative way with another public University called Municipal University Francisco Jose de Caldas. Also, a characterization of these students who entered the University will be settled down. This work is placed within the methodology of the history of education and it is based, especially, on primary sources of the File of the Faculty of Education at Pedagogica y Tecnologica de Colombia University.
