This research arises from the problem to the Colombian rural women face in accessing land and mainly to the debt owed by the State to them. In the context of the peace talks with the FARC there have been opportunities for debate on the Colombian rural sector, in turn has created the Victims and Land Restitution (1448/2011), where it is intended give a differential repair processes (material, monetary and psychological) of victims of the armed conflict approach, in this regard it is expected to investigate whether public policy is relevant to reduce the gender gap in land ownership.
