The Organizacional Resilience, as Sanpedro (2013) indicates, it is the capacity of an organization to adapt to catastrophic events or situations of job stress, etc. In the study one thinks that the social humor is the way most appealed in the University La Guajira, Colombia to assimilate the adversity. Among the conclusions one recommends to this entity to measure the opportunities before that the conflicts, as well as to promote the conviviality in the cultural diversity, and to the universities to incorporate into administrative and educational management the resilience.
