In this paper grade air quality in the University Libre Popular Forest Headquarters, in accordance with the requirements given in Resolution 610 of March 24, 2010 issued by the Ministry of Environment, Housing and Territorial Development (MAVDT) was determined . Conformity and compliance with the maximum daily limits established in resolution 610 of 2010 of the MAVDT (PM10 was established by manual procedures described in the protocol active operation of monitoring systems for air quality (2010) sampling: 100 g / m3 SO2: 250 mg / m3 NO2: 150 ug / m3, and O3 (8 hours): 80 mg / m3), average concentrations are standard conditions as found; particulate matter PM10 given as 45.0 ug / m3 SO2 25.5 ug / m3 NO2 15.1 ug / m3, and O3 of 39.2 mg / m3. Furthermore, by gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry they were found negative to the presence of volatile organic compounds in the particulate PM10.
