This graduation work contains the experience of the psychosocial support developed in Bosa about the participation of victims of armed conflict located in this area of the city, whose overall objective was to reflect the experience of this population and their rights advocacy processes, specifically the Land Restitution Right (1448 Law of 2011, Colombia) and the Dignified Housing Right. The method used for the analysis of this work was based on the qualitative research assumptions with discursive perspective, with the purpose of highlight the importance of language as a social practice to construct reality. The results were organized in two conceptual categories: movilization - public debate, and the meaning of territory, this information was gathered from the analysis of reports and minutes from different meetings with the victim population and especifically from the Right to Property and Habitat for the armed conflict victims Forum: Housing and Land Restitution (2014) .
