The article is oriented to clarify, in the framing of the consulting organizations, the contribution derivate to the incorporation of Anthropology assumptions, this is about the methodological route formulation and design of intervention tools that can be applied by the Director of Communication, in order to diagnose, evaluate and manage the internal communication processes. The text is based on an extensive and deep literature review, made with exploratory nature and purpose of academic reflection, as a previous step to the systematization of field experience.
